The per-order fee is a percentage of the supplier's wholesale price, charged when an order is successfully processed. This fee is added on top of what you pay the supplier—it's not taken from your margin. Higher tier plans have lower per-order fees, so as your volume grows, upgrading saves you money.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to higher-tier features until then.

Yes, all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can explore all features and only pay if you decide to continue after the trial.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.

No. Suppliers don't pay any per-order fees—only dropshippers do. Suppliers receive their full wholesale price minus standard Stripe payment processing fees (which they'd pay anyway).

You won't be able to connect additional channels until you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. Your existing channels will continue to work normally. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
